How we write
Formulas come with worked examples. Carrier and marketplace fees are quoted from the carrier’s or marketplace’s own pages, with the date we checked. Checklists are short enough to print and tape to a packing bench.
Who it’s for
You run a small or mid-sized online store, probably wearing several hats, and you’d like the operations side to stop surprising you.
What we don’t cover
Store design, ad strategy and email marketing. Plenty of sites cover those. We stay in the back office.
